Tiffany Haynes is a seasoned executive, investor, advisor and transformational operator known for scaling teams, rethinking systems, and taking bold bets on people, products, and herself. Most recently, Tiffany served as Chief Operating Officer of Fingercheck, a bootstrapped fintech company helping small businesses simplify payroll and HR. There, she helped scale the company from $10M to $24M in revenue, rebuilt its go-to-market strategy, and helped lead the company through a $150M transaction.

Tiffany Haynes joined Fingercheck after nearly two decades at Jack Henry (NASDAQ: JKHY), a publicly traded fintech company, where she held a range of leadership roles – culminating as Chief People Officer and Head of Consumer-Facing Operations, overseeing a 600-person team.
