Thomas Karsten

Tom Karsten serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Baleon Capital. He is responsible for accounting, treasury, administration and reporting.

Tom has more than 25+ years of financial management and financial transaction experience in privately-held companies and private investment funds. His experience includes the provision of active support to the finance and accounting teams of funds’ portfolio companies. His early career work also included financial and physical energy trading.

Tom lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and are enjoying life as empty nesters.
