Pam Arlotto

Pam Arlotto is a member of Baleon Capital’s Healthcare Optimization Team which assists with pipeline opportunity review, go-to-market strategies, and growth initiatives with respect to Baleon’s portfolio companies.

Pam is the President & CEO of Maestro Strategies, a healthcare industry advisory services firm. As a recognized thought leader on digital health and consumer centric, connected care, Pam has orchestrated systemic change across the healthcare industry for more than thirty-five years. Her specific areas of expertise include business model design, virtual care, advanced analytics, population health, consumer engagement, and return on investment/outcomes management. Pam’s consulting clients include integrated delivery systems, accountable care organizations, software and services vendors, health plans, state data organizations, employers and other healthcare companies.

Pam facilitates the Innovation in Healthcare Management certificate course for Dignity Health Global Education. She previously served as National President of HIMSS (the Healthcare Information & Management SystemsSociety) and Chairman of the Center for Healthcare Information Management. She has held positions on the Advisory Boards of The Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology & Emory University School of Medicine and The Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech. She is currently a member of the Georgia Tech Foundation Board, serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Alabama at Birmingham Health Informatics program and is on the Board of several privately held companies.
