Alon is an Associate at Baleon Capital. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s investment process including deal sourcing, due diligence and portfolio management. He actively works with Avenue Z, Clearstep, Equals 5, Shadowbox, and Slick Technologies.

Prior to joining Baleon Capital in 2022, Alon was an analyst at LAGO Asset Management, an asset manager focused on investing in high-growth, innovative companies. Before joining LAGO, Alon worked as an Analyst at Delta Capital Partners.

Alon enjoys spending his free time outdoors playing basketball and exploring all that South Florida has to offer.
