Alon Polischuk

Alon is a Vice President at Baleon Capital. Prior to his current role, Alon was an Associate and has worked at Baleon since 2022. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s investment process including deal sourcing, due diligence and portfolio management. He actively works with Avenue Z, Clearstep, Equals 5, Shadowbox, Slick Technologies, and Sayvant.

Prior to joining Baleon Capital in 2022, Alon was an analyst at LAGO Asset Management, an asset manager focused on investing in high-growth, innovative companies. Before joining LAGO, Alon worked as an Analyst at Delta Capital Partners.

Alon enjoys spending his free time outdoors playing basketball and exploring South Florida.
